The resume may contain data normally entered by the candidate, such as address, academic background, professional experience, courses, certifications, qualifications, documents, family data, and, when applicable to the selection process, health information and other data provided by the candidate.

How and where we collect: directly through the “Work With Us” form on the website, with the submission of a resume.

Legal basis: preliminary procedures related to potential hiring and the regular exercise of rights.

Retention: 1 year for resumes of unsuccessful candidates.

3.3. Whistleblowing Channel

Data processed: When the whistleblower chooses to identify themselves, the following information may be collected: full name, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), email, date of birth, landline phone number, mobile phone number, relationship with Hyundai Transys, and the report details, including a description of the facts, those involved, witnesses, evidence, and other information provided in the form.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in investigating reports, regular exercise of rights, and compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, when applicable.

Retention: for the time necessary to investigate and handle the case, and may be kept for a longer period when there is an investigation, audit, litigation, legal obligation, or legal hold.

Data processed: User identification data, relationship with Hyundai Transys, classification of the complaint, subject, information on prior use of other channels, and content of the report.

Legal basis: Handling the complaint submitted by the data subject, legitimate interest, and regular exercise of rights, when applicable.
